About Us
Since being taught how to make traditional Korean kimchi from her elder generations in her childhood in Seoul, South Korea, Kay has been making kimchi for over 30 years. A craft which has to be practiced to precision to be so delicious, Kay’s Kimchi has been perfected from a long, generational family recipe. Since moving to the U.K in 1994, she has made kimchi for friends and family who always loved her recipe and wanted more. She has now decided to share it and show others what truly delicious, authentic Korean kimchi tastes like. It is made with proper time, love and care.
